Pay Range: $37.00 - $52.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team in Longview, Longview-IHL, and Marshall, TX. The ideal candidates will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, a Texas Physical Therapy License, and a BLS certification. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid in patient recovery.
Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families about home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and prevention strategies.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
