Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation or designee and supervises assistants and aides according to regulations. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in physical or occupational therapy or speech-language pathology; foreign-trained therapists must meet state licensing standards. Preferred experience includes managing rehab personnel, working in long-term care, outpatient settings, and understanding regulatory guidelines. Must be actively licensed in the state of employment as a therapist or related healthcare professional.
