Physical Therapist - PRN Home Health
Location: Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Alexandria, and surrounding areas
Pay: $65/hr - $80/hr
Schedule: Flexible PRN visits - Choose when and where you work.

We're looking for a skilled, dynamic physical Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on clients' lives by crafting tailored care plans that promote functional independence. Responsibilities:
- Review physician orders and thoroughly evaluate patients' conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy treatment plans focused on improving strength, balance, coordination, and movement.
- Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore physical function, enhance mobility, and improve quality of life.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective exercises, mobility aids, and safety techniques to optimize healing and prevent further injury.
- Continuously assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans to meet clinical goals, and encourage independence.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals (RN, OT, HHA) to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
- Accurately document each visit, including progress, treatment adjustments, and communication with the care team.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience in Home Health is preferred, but not required
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs, focusing on patient outcomes

Compensation:
$65.00 - $80.00 per hour based on experience, location, and clinical expertise.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts as needed
- Weekends are available for additional shifts
