Professional Case Management, the leader in home healthcare, is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Colorado to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country.

Our Physical Therapists conduct in-home visits for our clients. The PT visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
  • Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
  • Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
