Full-time Registered Dietitian role, Monday-Friday, covering two clinics (Albany and Clark Home Training).

Assess, monitor, and educate patients with chronic kidney disease on nutrition and dietary needs.

Develop individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress.

Paid training, mentorship for those new to renal care, PTO/ESB, retirement plan match, and wellness programs included.

Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with at least one year clinical experience; renal care experience preferred but not required.
