Provide direct physical therapy care and support duties. Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for effective case management. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as per Georgia regulations. Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Georgia license. Two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
