Physical Therapist

•  Join a large network of 200+ skilled nursing facilities with in-house rehab, continuing education, and new grad mentorship.
•  As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), provide direct patient care under OT supervision according to regulations.
•  Requires NBCOT certification on hire, a relevant ASOT degree, active state license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of related experience.
•  Key responsibilities include following treatment plans, accurate charting, using therapy software, patient/family liaison, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies.
•  Must have strong communication, teamwork, professional integrity, and physical ability for patient care.
