  • Seeking a passionate, dedicated Occupational Therapist for full-time home health in Pueblo, CO (Mon-Fri, 60-mile radius).
  • Provide individualized patient care, develop treatment plans, support families, and work within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating patient function and environment, equipment, goal setting, teaching/retraining daily skills, clinical record-keeping, therapy assistant supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Requirements: ACOTE-accredited OT program, current state licensure, 2+ years' experience (home health preferred), strong clinical/documentation skills.
