Physical Therapist

The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care following physician referrals, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.
•  Must be a graduate from an accredited program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT) and licensed in the applicable state.
•  Preferred to have 1+ year experience in post-acute care; CPR certification required.
•  Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, assessing and modifying goals, supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and delivering excellent patient care.
•  Requires proficiency in software, good teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and physical activity to support patient needs.
•  Demonstrates integrity, follows policies, and strives for optimal patient outcomes.
