Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Chesapeake, VA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical therapy interventions, monitoring patient progress, providing home care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Experience and knowledge in Medicine and Patient Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible
