•  Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans, educate staff and families, and ensure compliance with standards.

•  Responsibilities include documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, participating in quality assurance, and staying current with clinical skills through ongoing education.

•  Qualifications: approved PT degree, active California license, BLS/CPR certified, experience in long-term care preferred.
