Physical Therapist

Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability.

•   Provides patient-centered care, interprets referrals, develops treatment plans, and adjusts based on patient progress.

•   Maintains documentation, communicates with the healthcare team, and ensures compliance with policies.

•   Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, licensure, and BLS certification.

•   Works part-time, demonstrates strong communication skills, and participates in departmental safety and quality activities.
