Physical Therapist

•  Seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide home-based care across specified Ohio territories.
•  Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule; $20,000 sign-on bonus.
•  Responsible for developing/adjusting care plans, documenting per regulations, and supporting patient/family education.
•  Must hold current Physical Therapist license, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
•  Pay per visit plus mileage, flexible scheduling, and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K).
•  COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required.
•  Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and supervisory skills needed.
