Physical Therapist Home Health

•  Assist in patient rehabilitation, following the plan of care set by a Physical Therapist.
•  Monitor and report changes in patient status to the PT.
•  Document treatments, progress, and assessments at each visit.
•  Instruct patients on exercise programs, gait training, and use of assistive devices.
•  Supervise and instruct PTA students.
•  Requirements: Graduate of accredited PTA program, Florida State Licensure, CPR certification.
•  Preferred: Outpatient orthopedic experience and WebPT familiarity.
