Job Title: Physical Therapist Clinic Director Partner

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary:

• $85,000 to $100,000 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Company Overview: 360 Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to open and lead our new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oklahoma City. This unique Clinic Director Partner role provides an exceptional opportunity to manage, grow, and share ownership in your clinic.

Position Summary: As a Clinic Director Partner, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, providing exceptional patient care, leading a dedicated clinical team, and strategically growing your clinic. Your leadership will create an environment focused on clinical excellence, professional growth, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily clinic operations, including staff management and scheduling

• Maintain a personal caseload, providing individualized, evidence-based care plans

• Utilize patient-centered metrics to optimize patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency

• Manage payroll, staffing, and scheduling effectively

• Lead local marketing initiatives to foster community relationships and grow patient referrals

• Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality care delivery and professional advancement

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

• Active Oklahoma State Physical Therapy license

• Minimum of two years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior management or clinical leadership experience in outpatient orthopedic settings

• Strong interest or experience in clinic ownership and partnership
