Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA

Seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at our Harbor Lakes facility in Granbury, TX to provide skilled therapy services to skilled nursing residents and short-term patients.
•  Develops individualized care plans based on physician orders, treatment goals, and patient progress.
•  Performs treatments, documents responses, and updates care plans accordingly.
•  Ensures timely documentation and billing in compliance with regulations.
•  Maintains a safe, infection-free treatment environment and equipment.
•  Requires TX license, strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in geriatrics preferred.
