Overview:

Due to growth, Nikao Performance and Rehab is now hiring a Full-time, Part-time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Tempe, AZ. Full-time, Part-time is available for in clinic visits. PRN is available for clinicians providing home visits within the local community.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Home visits can be included in the caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team. Support for the specialty area of the candidate hired is available.

Patient care is 1:1 and visits are booked every 40 minutes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time is paid a salary and is in the ballpark of $60,000 per year based on experience.

PRN is paid a per visit fee and is paid in the ballpark of $40 per visit and increases based on experience.

There is a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment, and a $1000 bonus after 1 year of service.

Nikao Performance and Rehab offers benefits including a health stipend, 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and $1500 per year for CEUs. Nikao will build a customized benefits package based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Work Schedule: The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm. Home visits are available both during the week and weekends. Flexible scheduling is available.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

1 year of prior outpatient ortho experience is required for full-time.

PRN is available and includes a mobile only caseload.
