Salary: $28-$35/hour + $1,000 signing bonus

Pro Active Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Strasburg, CO, is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated outpatient orthopedic team. About Our Clinic:
Pro Active Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Strasburg is a close-knit, community-focused clinic committed to delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. Our therapists work with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical cases, and sports-related injuries, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding caseload.
Responsibilities:
Implement therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
Assist in preparing patients for treatment and perform therapeutic exercises and functional training
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Colorado PTA license (or eligible)
CPR certification
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life
