Completes required documentation per guidelines. Instructs patients and families on home exercise programs. Qualifications include a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program, one year of relevant experience, and a valid Illinois license. Strong communication, organizational skills, and reliable transportation are essential.
