Physical Therapist Assistant

The Physical Therapist Assistant performs prescribed treatments under supervision, including exercises, massage, and modalities, to improve patient mobility.

•  Provides patient education on assistive devices and monitors progress, reporting to the physical therapist.

•  Documents care and assists in equipment maintenance and staff training.

•  Requires a two-year accredited associate degree and current state licensure; one year of experience preferred.
