About the Role
Movement for Life Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our employee-owned, outpatient private practice in Morro Bay, CA. This position offers mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Full-time preferred, 40 hours per week
Part-time and PRN candidates considered
Caseload and Specialty Development
Work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including:
Sports injuries
Pre and post-operative care
Injury prevention and conditioning
New grads welcome - mentorship provided for a confident start
Work Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s
No weekends or holidays
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range: $26 - $51, based on experience

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
