Responsibilities:
Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT.
Monitor and document patient progress.

Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for physical therapy services.
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
Experience in home health, SNF, or outpatient therapy preferred.
Reliable, professional, and compassionate out-patient care.
Spanish speaking a plus (not required)
