Physical Therapist Assistant

•  Physical Therapist position at Madras Northern Campus. Pay: $43.15-$64.73/hr + $5/hr allowance. Eligible for relocation assistance with 1+ year licensed experience. Full-time, Mon-Fri, first shift (8-5), 36 hours/week.
•  Assess, plan, and deliver physical therapy for patients in acute, inpatient, and outpatient settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
•  Requires degree in Physical Therapy, Oregon licensure, valid driver's license, and AHA BLS certification.
•  At least 1 year of clinical orthopedic/neurological rehab experience required; hospital-based experience preferred.
•  Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills needed; must adhere to safety and ethical policies, and support continuous improvement and organizational values.
