Job Opportunity: Physician - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities:
- Approve pre-screens and admit up to 22 patients during their inpatient stay.
- Conduct three face-to-face visits per patient weekly in accordance with CMS guidelines.
- Sign individual plans of care (IOPOC) and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with hospitalists who will manage all on-call responsibilities.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient records and documentation.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting.
Qualifications:
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or eligibility required.
- Experience in rehabilitation medicine preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted medical license preferred (temporary privileges available).
- Board Certification is required (or eligibility).
