Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

BC/BE Physiatry position available in Western NC. You will serve as Medical Director for 10 bed CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit of which current census is 9 and unit?s in process of getting an accredited stroke program. Physician must demonstrate specialized training and education in rehabilitation through a PM&R residency OR neuro rehabilitation (neurologist). Option available for employed status vs. independent contractor. Coverage options to be determined with very strong 8 Hospitalist group and Neuro-Hospitalist.
