Details/Requirements of Assignment:
Board Certified or Eligibility PM&R required
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
No call
Outpatient only
Bread & butter interventional pain procedures include Lumbar ESI, RFA, and trigger point injections
Up to 25 patients/day
Support staff includes 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1 APRN
