Contract Details:

• Start Date : Embark on your rewarding journey with us once the credentialing process is
complete.

• Duration : Secure a stable two-year commitment with potential for future partnership.

• Competitive Base Salary : Enjoy a competitive annual salary of $450,000 complemented
by attractive incentives, such as a $30,000 signing bonus upon contract finalization, and
additional rewards tied to productivity (WRVUs).
