Job Opportunity: Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Manage a caseload averaging 15 patients per day.
- Participate in weekend call and negotiate call schedules.
- Conduct rounds a minimum of three times a week.
- Collaborate with clinical liaisons for phone consults and patient intakes.
- Utilize EMR for efficient documentation and charting.
- Participate in a long-term permanent search due to vacancy.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
- Experience in managing inpatient rehabilitation cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Licenses and Certification Requirements:
- Active medical license in the state of Texas.
- Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
