JOB TITLE: PHP Programmer/Analyst
REPORTS TO: Director of Technology
OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Support of application software and develop new application systems as required. Programming will improve productivity, reduce costs and provide information for use by internal and/or external customers. Responsible for Application Development in the following areas: PHP programming. Ensure the customer is always serviced first by meeting the needs of various departments with programming assistance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Define from the project sponsor the actual output needed and how we will get the information
• Project analysis
• On call support of programming problems
• Communicate Project status
• Documentation of software
• Monitor Changes and Problems
• Write/debug/analyze applicable programming code
• Program in PHP on the IBM As400. The framework is Zend.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of five years' experience in the aforementioned programming language.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to install software as required.
• Must be a team player working with all departments and service centers.
• Ability to work required hours and travel if necessary.
• RPG programming experience is a bonus, however not required.
