Your day as a Pheasant Run Apartments-Property Manager As the new Property Manager for Pheasant Run Apartments, you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Your responsibilities will include daily interactions with residents, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance their living experience. You'll oversee property maintenance, ensuring the grounds and facilities are well-kept, while coordinating with vendors and contractors. Managing tenant lease agreements and conducting move-in/move-out inspections will be routine, along with maintaining accurate property records and rent collection.

You will also engage in marketing efforts to attract new residents, conducting tours of the property to showcase its unique features. Collaboration with your team is essential as you work to create a fun and energetic community atmosphere.
