POSITION
This hybrid position blends the precision of data management with the technical skills of a pharmacy technician. About 70% of your time will focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data, while the remaining 30% will support investigational product (IP) preparation and pharmacy compliance. It's a great fit for someone with a background in pharmacy who thrives on details and is eager to grow in clinical research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and enter clinical trial data with accuracy across a variety of therapeutic areas
- Monitor study documentation and informed consents for consistency and completeness
- Identify data issues and work with cross-functional teams to maintain study quality
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and verifying investigational products
- Help manage inventory, documentation, and drug accountability logs
- Support compliance with GCP, SOPs, and pharmacy standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified and licensed Pharmacy Technician in California
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience; research experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical terminology, drug names, and clinical workflows
- Comfortable working with digital data systems and Microsoft Excel
- Professional, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
