Job description
Responsibilities Include:
- Aid in restocking all Electronic Dispensing E-kit Systems
- Troubleshooting and providing maintenance on automated systems/fax machines
- Setting up, installing, and in-servicing new installs of automated systems
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone or in person
- Monitoring and following up with long term care facilities, regarding unresolved discrepancies, acceptance alerts, etc.
- Responsible to manage inventory received from vendors, stocking shelves, pulling out of date stock, etc.
- Performing other various tasks as assigned
- Occasional travel to Contracted Nursing Homes for restocking Electronic Dispensing E-kit Systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy or healthcare related experience, 1 year or more, a plus
- Basic understanding of brand/generics, medical terminology, and computer
- Detail oriented; team player, customer focused service, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to form professional relationships with customers
- Missouri Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to obtain license upon hire.
