OpTech is looking for Pharmacy Technicians for one of their Direct client in Michigan.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM EST.
Job Description:
- Assist in providing pharmacy services
- Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team
- Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
- Able to update Excel spreadsheet for leadership review
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Retail Pharmacy environment
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program
- Working knowledge of third-party claims process
- Strong computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Detail-oriented along with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
