This role supports the Medication Management Clinic by overseeing non-clinical staff, processing pharmacy prior authorizations, assisting with copay card enrollments, and managing medical referrals. Requires a high school diploma, Certified Pharmacy Technician license, and at least 2 years' experience in pharmacy prior authorizations and referrals. The position demands strong knowledge of pharmacy insurance, medical terminology, EMR, and pharmacy software, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with pharmacy teams and working in a busy environment with potential exposure to infectious materials and chemicals. Physical demands include standing for long hours and lifting up to 30 lbs. The supervisor reports to the clinic manager and clinical supervisor.
