Description
The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care.

We are hiring for Pharmacist Resident at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the PAMC Resident Department:
- Position: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
- Alaska Pharmacist Intern License upon hire.
- Alaska Pharmacist License unless otherwise outlined by program policy within 120 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist.
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Demonstrated drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability
