Flynns Pharmacy & Home Medical is accepting applications for a full time retail pharmacist. The successful applicant will fill prescriptions, bill claims and assist customers as part of the team at Flynns Pharmacy on Elm Street in Pittsfield. This position is available for 40 hours weekly, with some evening and weekend hours. Registration as a Massachusetts licensed pharmacist required. Qualified candidates will need to pass background checks, be polite, courteous, and comfortable dealing with the public in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities
Work effectively as part of a team of qualified pharmacists, technicians, and clerks in providing prescription dispensing services to our patients. This position is in a fast-paced retail environment, with a necessity for some weekend, evening, and holiday coverage required.
Qualifications
Registration as a Massachusetts pharmacist (RPh, PharmD) with a clean license history.
Consent and ability to clear criminal background, OIG blacklist, and sex offender registry screenings.
Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
