Pharmacist

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (preferred) or St. Louis, MO or Boise, Idaho

Pay Rate: $55/hour (approx. $115K annually)

Type: Temp-to-Hire Full-Time Benefits Included

Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (Mon-Sat); includes at least one Saturday/month with a midweek day off

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians processing provider and pharmacy data
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines
  • Review, improve, and maintain high standards of order entry accuracy
  • Support inbound calls from national pharmacy chains and local independents
  • Own the end-to-end success of prescription transfers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Pittsburgh, St. Louis, and New York
  • Provide insight and feedback on process improvement and tech-driven workflows
  • Maintain data integrity and oversee the secure handling/destruction of PHI

What You Bring:

  • PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and pharmacy software systems
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • 0-3 years of post-grad experience (ideal for early-career professionals)

Department Hours of Operation:

  • Mon-Fri: 7:30 AM - 9:30 PM EST
  • Sat: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Rotating shifts (including Noon-8:30 PM and 1:00 PM-9:30 PM)
  • Schedule provided 2-4 weeks in advance
  • Not accessible via public transit, but shuttle service is available from IKEA Robinson
