Personal Trainer for Group & Private Training Burn It Build It Fitness is a busy strength-based training studio with locations in Phoenix and Avondale. We specialize in high-energy group classes and one-on-one coaching, combining sprint-based cardio with progressive strength training to deliver real results. Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities Group Fitness Instruction:
• Lead high-energy, results-focused group classes featuring a variety of exercises and training techniques that keep participants motivated and engaged. Emphasize proper form and technique while offering tailored modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and individual needs. Personalized Coaching:
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions customized to each client's goals, challenges, and areas of focus. Utilize expertise in strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and functional movement to guide clients toward their best performance. Track progress regularly, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate achievements to maintain motivation and momentum. Nutrition Support:
• Offer expert nutrition guidance by creating meal strategies and offering tips that align with the client's fitness goals and overall health. Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal performance, recovery, and long-term wellness, encouraging sustainable lifestyle habits. Professional Growth:
• Stay informed about the latest fitness and wellness innovations, research, and best practices. Engage in ongoing education, certifications, and workshops to enhance your skills. Collaborate with fellow trainers to exchange ideas and refine techniques to continually improve client outcomes. Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading engaging group fitness classes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and establish meaningful connections with clients across all ages and fitness levels.
• Proficiency in creating customized training programs and modifying exercises to accommodate diverse goals, abilities, and limitations.
• Solid knowledge of nutrition principles, with the ability to provide foundational guidance that complements clients' fitness objectives.
• Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar environment is highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a strong advantage. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly

Compensation:
$40,000-$75,000 per year
