Your Role as a Personal Trainer: - Coach & Motivate: Guide clients through personalized fitness programs.
- Hands-On Training: Set up equipment, demonstrate exercises, and help clients safely perform workouts using weights, bands, and cardio tools-all tailored to their needs and progress.
- Track Progress: Assist in documenting client performance and improvement, helping to ensure programs remain effective and goal-oriented.
- Keep the Space Ready: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment-because a great workout starts with a great atmosphere.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Support front desk operations when needed-answering calls, managing scheduling, and ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they walk in.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with team members across the gym.
What We're Looking For: - A nationally certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent required).
- A team-oriented professional with a passion for fitness and client care.
- Someone who's upbeat, reliable, and always ready to go the extra mile.
- Strong communication skills-you'll be working closely with clients.
