Job Overview:

As a personal trainer, you will embark on a rewarding career that empowers both your personal growth and the fitness journeys of your clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain an active client base, including scheduling appointments and availability.
  • Promote personal training programs through various channels.
  • Provide fitness assessments and design tailored workout programs for clients.
  • Ensure the fitness floor is organized and operates safely.
Professional Development:
  • Engage in Continuing Education to enhance your skills and increase career advancement opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and one-on-ones with management.
Qualifications:
  • Current Personal Training certification or commitment to obtain one with company support.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
