Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you love working with people and want to make a difference in their lives? The Exercise Coach is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Certified Exercise Coaches.
About the Role:
As a Certified Exercise Coach, you'll lead One-on-One and Small Group exercise sessions using our cutting-edge training methods and technology. No two days are the same-and no prior fitness experience is necessary. We provide full training.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for health and fitness
Strong communication skills (in person and over the phone)
An outgoing, people-first personality
Basic knowledge of exercise science and the human body
Bonus Points For:
Basic nutrition knowledge
A college degree in a health-related field
Experience with strength training methods
Experience working with older adults or individuals with limitations
What You'll Do:
Deliver individualized fitness instruction in a safe, supportive environment
Motivate and guide clients toward their health goals
Become an expert in The Exercise Coach's proprietary methods and equipment
