Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Client Account Manager for our team in Somers, NY. This position can be in-office, hybrid, or remote. If remote, we would prefer you sit in the Eastern Standard Time zone.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Gather, review, and organize information to complete submissions and applications for new and renewal business
  • Perform day-to-day customer service consultation and account management
  • Program Marketing and Underwriting Management
  • Perform administrative duties such as billing, processing, and maintaining database
  • Attend company product meetings as required
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Motivated insurance professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance (specifically auto and homeowner's insurance lines) with some high net-worth experience
  • Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • An associate degree or some college experience is preferred
  • Experience working with AMS360 and Image Right

The annual pay range for this role will be $60-70k to be paid on an hourly basis.
