Job DetailsQualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with personal injury or bodily injury claims is preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in negotiation and achieving settlements.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong collaborative spirit.
- Possesses a positive, cooperative demeanor.
- Proficient with technology and capable of thriving in a digital, paperless workspace.
- Excellent time management skills with a sharp focus on accuracy.
- Outstanding organizational abilities paired with effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
- A self-motivated individual capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Keen negotiation acumen.
- A strong drive to advocate for those who may typically be overlooked.
- The candidate must be motivated, determined, and resilient.
- A commitment to learning, personal growth, and executing tasks to the highest standard.
- JD not required but preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations on personal injury matters with insurance companies.
- Manage a team comprising a case manager, an administrative assistant, and a specialist for medical lien negotiations.
- Prepare, review, and finalize demand packages.
- Drive settlement discussions for bodily injury claims.
- Handle the negotiation of attorney liens with external firms.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients.
