Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases from intake through resolution


  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses


  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary


  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel


  • Provide compassionate counsel to clients while advocating for their best interests


What We're Looking For

  • Active Texas law license in good standing


  • 2 years of experience handling personal injury plaintiff cases (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)


  • Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation


  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving results
