Beacon Hill Legal seeks Legal Assistants and/or Paralegals with prior personal injury plaintiff experience for multiple job openings with notable Richmond based law firms.
2+ years of pre-litigation or litigation support experience for personal injury cases required. Must be skilled in the following:
- Conducting client intake.
- Preparing for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations or trial.
- Drafting motions, complaints, subpoenas, etc.
- Monitoring court calendars.
- Filing pleadings in federal, state, and local courts.
- Managing and auditing liens.
- Maintaining case management systems.
Must be comfortable commuting to Richmond, VA.
