Our law firm client seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with clients and medical providers, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands
- Manage case files from intake through trial or settlement
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Draft correspondence, medical chronologies, and deposition summaries
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Proficiency in case management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
