The Firm

Founded in 2020, Butler Injury Law serves individuals and families injured throughout Texas, with a focus on Austin and the surrounding areas. Clients come to us at a chaotic point in their lives, and we help them fight back against unfair circumstances and tell the story of what they've endured. When we do our job right, clients feel like a weight has been lifted.

We are on a mission to help people feel like themselves again -and to do that, we're building a team of dedicated professionals and a strong, values-driven culture.

We're looking for team members who embody our values and want to build a workplace people are excited to be part of. Our values shape everything-from how we treat clients to how we make everyday decisions. If these values speak to you and you believe this is the kind of firm you want to work for, we look forward to hearing from you.

  • Being a voice for others- We advocate for clients who are often ignored or mistreated by insurance companies. Our job is to tell their story and secure just compensation.
  • Fairness- Most issues can be resolved simply by treating others how we expect to be treated. We treat clients, employees, vendors, and adversaries with respect. We also stand firm against insurance companies that create and try to take advantage of unfair situations.
  • Mind over matter- Mindset is everything. We focus on solutions, not problems, and know that a positive, constructive attitude helps us overcome any challenge.
  • A place people want to work- We spend a disproportionate amount of our lives at work. We should be happy there and do work that is fulfilling. A happy workplace benefits everyone-employees and the clients they serve. If we keep the firm as a place people want to work, we are doing our job right.
