We're urgently hiring a Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Case Manager for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm in Columbia, SC. If you're a people person who loves staying organized and helping clients navigate their legal journey, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their case with care and communication.
- Keep clients in the loop on case progress and treatment plans.
- Manage client intake, answer questions, and connect them with attorneys when needed.
- Organize, summarize, and manage case materials and documents.
- Stay on top of deadlines, calendars, and legal filings.
What You Bring:
- MUST have previous personal injury law firm experience (this is required).
- A sharp eye for detail and solid organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with clients and medical providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software.
