NEED SOME PI EXPERIENCE
What You'll Do as the Personal Injury Case Manager:
- Conduct initial client consultations and gather essential information
- Oversee case files and ensure all documentation is current
- Liaise with insurance providers to file claims and negotiate settlements
- Handle property damage and loss of use claims
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain consistent client communication
- Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and keep clients informed of case progress
- Perform administrative duties including document scanning, data entry, and filing
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to support case strategies
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Must-Haves as the Personal Injury Case Manager:
- Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal/case management software and relevant technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
