The Ft. Lauderdale office of Anidjar & Levine P.A., a leading fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm, is seeking a Case Manager with 2 to 5 years of pre-litigation experience. Candidates with specific exposure to the areas of personal injury and property damage are preferred. We're looking for a motivated and organized Case Manager with strong written and verbal communication skills who is motivated to take on responsibilities and challenges. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary. You must be experienced with Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases. Candidates with either Plaintiff work or Defense work experience will be considered. If you are a driven Personal Injury Case Manager and have 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury law, either on the plaintiff or defense side, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, please submit your resume for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases
  • Work directly with the clients and adjusters to investigate the nature of every case
  • Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and instruction from Attorneys
  • Assist the attorney in developing personal injury cases for settlements, preparing the appropriate documents and correspondence needed
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and have acute attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
  • Customer oriented and familiar with relevant laws as it applies to personal injury cases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years handling personal injury matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated personality
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience with legal software including Time Matters and CNG is beneficial
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is beneficial but not mandatory
